This year I've lost 24.8 lbs. for real and I want to lose a total of 30 by the end of the year, I only have a few weeks to go. I lost 2 lbs Thanksgiving Day. I ate everything but only small portions of some of the food. I ate a lot of spinach salad and turkey. I had dessert...WW pumpkin pudding with cool whip and a small slice of the first cake my granddaughter made all by herself. All her mom did was put and take it out of the oven. She is 8...almost 9 and she is Diane's niece. Today I'm going to a cookie exchange...don't worry I won't eat them. I'll freeze them when I get home so Diane and Brian can eat them at Christmastime. Bye
Ha, Ha! Sarah, I think I'm familiar with that weight gaining program. I believe that it's weight loss counterpart is delivering a healthy baby. (wink, wink) :)
Hi Anonymous, Congrats on your achievement. I'm curious to know more about how you managed to eat everything at Thanksgiving and still lose weight? Surely, you did something more than eat small portions? Were they fat/sugar/carb free portions?
What is a cookie exchange? It sounds like my kind of party! :)

Good for you! I have gained over 20 pounds this year, and not just on Thursday!
